Skye Jump uses a lead-free, high commercial-grade, fire-retardant vinyl in all inflatables. Skye Jump uses a fine 18 oz vinyl and is more resistant to tearing and mold/mildew than nylon. Our products consist of double stitching and high grade heavy-duty threads. We also have great features for a faster and easier deflating timing. We all know that durability and faster timing is money on the line. Skye Jump stands by their design and vinyl products.
Skye Jump warranty on all inflatables are just one year from original purchase date. With normal usage, proper care and maintenance, each inflatable could last up to 7 to 8 years.
Skye Jump accepts cash, all major credit cards, Paypal, Zelle, Venmo, or check (all funds must be cleared before Skye Jump releases any of the product or products).
All custom orders and pre-orders require a 50% deposit. Any in stock items do not require any deposit. If you change your mind and made any deposit for any custom orders are non-refundable if you decide to cancel. However if it is a pre-order and you decide to cancel you will be subject to a restocking fee of 15% and we will refund you the 35% out of the 50% deposit.
Inflatables that are in stock and available ship within one business day upon order confirmation. Transit times varies between one and nine business days depending on the location and shipping method. Custom orders and pre-orders can take between 45-120 days before shipment. Note all prices are F.O.B. Sales tax is charged as applicable.
