Refund policy
All Sales are final unless otherwise agreed to in writing. If however, an item is returned for reasons unrelated to a warranty claim, a restocking fee of 15% of the price of the item(s) refunded will be paid by the Buyer. For any item purchased from Skye Jump, the customer has 72 hours from the date of receiving the item to contact Skye Jump to file a refund and return authorization/claim. The customer will be responsible for any and all charges for the shipping of the item(s) returned. The items must be in an unused condition when returned. Any necessary repairs required to bring the item(s) returned to a like-new condition will be paid for by the customer. Skye Jump WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ANY CUSTOM MANUFACTURED PRODUCTS. This includes customer name tags added to item(s), custom designs, and custom-ordered colors not standard on the item(s) distributed by Skye Jump.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@skyejump.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
The majority of our items cannot be returned, due to the nature of the item. We also do not accept returns for custom items that include: customers' name tags added to item(s), custom designs, and custom-ordered colors not standard on the item(s) distributed by Skye Jump. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
